Wonton Noodle has been around for generations. Since 1992, our very first family owned Wonton Noodle Restaurant was established in Hong Kong, Kwun Tong.  Growing up in a family with over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry specializing in Wonton Noodles has allowed us to create our own unique recipe. With our premium ingredient  broth, to our fist-size wontons, pairing with tangy egg noodles; our Hong Kong style wonton noodles have warmed the hearts and stomachs of many throughout the years near and far.  
Today, we are excited to share important news regarding the evolution of our family own restaurant chains (South Unionville, Richmond Hill, and Scarborough); will be rebranded as Trio Wonton Noodle. This name change will allow us to present ourselves innovatively. Our commitment to our valued customers remains our highest priority. All operations as well as food quality within our 3 restaurants chains- along with our upcoming Aurora location will remain unchanged. Nevertheless, Big Trio Wonton Noodle will continue to strive beyond excellence to better serve our valued customers. From Wonton Chai Noodle to Big Trio Wonton Noodle, we hope that with time, the growth within our restaurant chains will bring out the best experiences to you all with a modern mix of the most authentic Hong Kong Style Wonton Noodle.

自1992於香港觀塘開第一間雲吞麵店，圪立不摇超過25年。由香港來到加拿大後，仍以好味，大隻，抵食的鮮蝦雲吞麵揚名多倫多。現在雖改名為「大三元」雲吞麵店。但仍保證，食物品質和服務水準一如既往保持不變。更將不斷推出創新菜色。為客人提供優質美味的菜餚選擇。
